Job Description


This position is part of the ZF ADAS & HPC business unit known internally as "Capri." This business unit is planned for divestiture to Harman International, a Samsung company and global innovator in automotive technology, presenting a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting new chapter in the ADAS space.


What you can look forward to as Senior Treasury Manager:


+ Manage and coordinate the Group’s short-term cash forecast process to ensure accurate and timely cash projections. Oversee short term liquidity needs across all global accounts​. Develop and implement cash and risk management strategies. Manage the group’s bank accounts, short-term financing and investments

+ Responsible for execution FX transactions and derivative hedging in line with the defined strategy. Develop and support management of currency exposures​.Intercompany Funding & Cash Pooling: Decide and manage efficient intercompany funding and borrowing flows. Maintain efficient cash pool structures.

+ Implement and adapt Treasury policies during post-merger integration, ensure local compliance with defined standards and establish accurate and timely reporting​

+ Main contact for external banks, Corporate Treasury, accounting and controlling teams for settlement, confirmations, and reconciliations of Treasury transactions​

+ Establish and stabilize new local Treasury processes required for the carve out & PMI, such as payment workflows, banking setups, reporting structures, and FX procedures​. Support TSA exit activities

+ Lead the liquidity forecast, support the setup of required tools and processes within the carve out/post merger environment​

+ Implement and support payment release process


Your profile as Senior Treasury Manager:


+ Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business or a related field

+ 8 years work experience in Treasury​.

+ Must be a Senior Treasury professional with strong operational expertise in global corporate environment.

+ Experienced in carve out projects, ideally including Day-1 readiness and post-merger functional integration​

+ Broad Treasury skillset across cash management, FX, derivatives, liquidity and funding​

+ Hands on, pragmatic, structured, and effective in fast-moving and complex environment
