Senior Trial Attorney - Casualty Litigation

A highly respected regional law firm is seeking a seasoned Trial Attorney to join its growing litigation practice. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who thrives in the courtroom and is looking to handle sophisticated casualty matters with significant autonomy and support.

The successful candidate will manage complex litigation involving general liability, premises liability, transportation, construction-related claims, and other high-exposure casualty matters. Responsibilities include developing case strategy, conducting and defending depositions, handling mediations, drafting and arguing substantive motions, managing client relationships, and serving as first-chair trial counsel.
