Your Impact (First 90 Days)

• Map and optimize programs in Esprit to enhance throughput and quality.
• Standardize setups for multi‑axis lathes to reduce variation and scrap.
• Stabilize uptime by troubleshooting and keeping lathes running optimally.
• Elevate operator capability through hands‑on instruction and coaching.

What You’ll Tackle

• High‑level CNC lathe programming aligned to customer requirements.
• Independent machine setups built from your CNC programs.
• Verification and documentation of first articles; submit reports for approval.
• Technical leadership across the CNC team; share best practices in tooling, fixturing, and G‑Code.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 10 years’ experience in machining or State Journeyman papers.
• Esprit CAM (including 3D) and Fanuc control programming expertise.
• Excellent problem solving, communication, and foundational math skills.

Shop Assets You’ll Use

• CNC Swiss Lathes: Citizen, Tsugami
• 5+ Axis CNC Lathes: Nakamura, Doosan
