Roles and Responsibilities
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience with bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or similar field, or equivalent work experience
- Usability Analyst certification desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Understanding of the trade-offs between optimum user experience and technical, information security, and business constraints, and ability to propose appropriate compromises
- Experience in user experience design for platforms or during platform implementation is an advantage.
