The Senior UI/UX Designer position is a full-time role based in Washington, DC.
Candidates should have at least 10 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Usability Analyst certification is desirable.
The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work well within a team.
Applicants must understand the trade-offs between optimal user experience and technical, security, and business constraints, and be able to propose suitable compromises.
Experience in user experience design for platforms or during platform implementation is considered an advantage.
