Job Description:

The Role

As the Senior University Relationships Lead, you will serve as the strategic owner of Fidelity’s university engagement strategy for the Covington, KY region while also driving project management and operational excellence across the University Strategy Team. 

In alignment with Fidelity’s workforce strategy and business priorities, you will act as the primary liaison between Fidelity, our undergraduate institutions, and community colleges. You will build, deepen, and sustain partnerships with career services, faculty, administration, student organizations, and alumni networks to strengthen brand awareness and create diverse, high-quality talent pipelines.


In addition, you will lead and support critical team-wide initiatives by driving project management across both technical and non-technical recruiting efforts. This includes managing cross-functional projects, improving operational processes, and ensuring the successful delivery of strategic and operational priorities that position the team for long-term success.


The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 plus years of recruiting/talent acquisition
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing talent attraction and engagement strategies
  • Deep expertise across the full campus recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, qualifying and assessing students, networking, university trends and relationship management.
  • Strong project management experience with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Proven ability to design, scale, and manage programs and initiatives with measurable outcomes
  • Strong understanding of the university recruiting ecosystem, trends, and compliance
  • Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills across internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience managing large-scale events to attract top talent
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and drive data-informed decisions
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday), CRM tools, and platforms such as Handshake, LinkedIn, 12Twenty, etc.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Travel for campus recruitment and regional events will be required throughout the university recruitment cycle to multiple markets (up to 40%). These may require nights and weekends
