Key Responsibilities:- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 production support for enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot production issues across UNIX/Linux environments.
- Develop and maintain Korn Shell (KSH) and Shell scripts.
- Support enterprise batch processing and AutoSys job scheduling.
- Configure and support FTP, SFTP, Connect, and XCOM file transfers.
- Perform SQL queries for troubleshooting and reporting.
- Support SAP batch integrations and enterprise applications.
- Monitor application performance and resolve production incidents.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, database, and network teams.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
- Participate in production deployments and system configuration.
- Identify root causes and implement permanent solutions.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- 5+ years of UNIX/Linux administration
