Work on design artifacts to achieve wholesale digital experience & business goals for Information Reporting.

Role Responsibilities: (what they will be doing)
Translate user needs and business requirements into compelling experiences.
Design and deliver visual design concepts and interactive prototypes across a variety of devices and interfaces.
Represent XD for UI design activities in cross-functional development team to create industry leading experiences that deliver value to our clients, teammates and the business.
Apply design standards, industry guidelines, and best practices to ensure designs are usable and accessible.
Stay current on trends, theories, methods and processes.
Complete all Client's e-learning training in designated time frames.
Develop an understanding of broader organizational context and goals to support work efforts.
Use storytelling and persuasion techniques that build trust with partners and establish long-term relationships.
Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences: (Vendor should not submit any candidate that does not have these skills/prior experience.)
BA/BS degree in Communication Design, Graphic/Computer Design, other related field or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in creating user experience designs that create a competitive advantage and experience in scientifically measuring the effectiveness of those designs with end users.
Qualified in creating design artifacts such as high fidelity comps that apply brand guidelines and prototypes.
Strong communication skills. Comfortable presenting.
Demonstrated ability to influence product direction and design through a deep understanding of users.
Excels in a team environment.
Strong understanding of World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) guidelines.
Mastery in the use of UX design tools such as Figma (preferably) and Adobe Creative Suite.10Comfortable working in Figma.
Collaborative and friendly by nature.
Plus/Nice to Have Skills/Prior Experiences:(Hiring Manager DOES NOT require these skills/ prior experience. However candidates with any of these will be looked at first.)
Experience working in Financial Services.
Advanced degree (MS or PhD) User Experience, Graphic Design, Web Design, Communication Design, other related field or equivalent work experience.
Some familiarity with working in banking platforms (Commercial/Wholesale backgrounds a plus).
Understand agile work environment.
