What You’ll Do

As a Senior UX Designer, you’ll be the driving force behind user experience design at Fastn. You will lead UX initiatives across our platform, ensuring that every interaction is seamless, intuitive, and empowering for our users. From onboarding to feature discovery, your designs will directly impact product adoption, satisfaction, and retention.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead UX design across the Fastn platformfrom user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and prototypes

• Own and evolve Fastn’s design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
• Design intuitive workflows for complex technical tasks, including onboarding, integration setup, and feature adoption
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and interviews to validate and iterate on design decisions
• Build and test design prototypes to gather feedback from internal stakeholders and customers
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership to align designs with product goals
• Champion a user-centered design culture and help establish UX best practices within the company

We’re seeking a seasoned UX designer with a track record of building exceptional SaaS experiences and solving complex problems through elegant design. If you thrive in early-stage environments and enjoy shaping design culture from the ground up, we want to talk to you.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 8 - 10+ years of UX design experience, preferably in SaaS or complex web applications

• Early-stage startup experience in the B2B space
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work with a focus on user-centered problem-solving
• Expertise in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools
• Proven ability to translate technical requirements into intuitive interfaces
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions
• Experience with component-based design systems
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms or developer-focused tools

• Familiarity with APIs, integration platforms, or technical product UX
• Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience establishing scalable UX processes in high-growth environments
