Description:
Business Initiative/Purpose: (Goal, Business Impact, Accomplishments from the work)
  • The AI Discoverability Pod establishes a coordinated operating model, bringing together content, technology, design, corporate communications, and other functions to execute work across priority workstreams.
  • The pod will consist of 14 specialized contractors dedicated to increasing Client’s visibility and presence across AI-powered search and chatbot experiences.
  • The team will partner closely with stakeholders and an external SEO/AI agency to drive strategy, content development, optimization, and measurement.

Bachelor Degree: (Required, Preferred or Not Required)

Role Responsibilities: (what they will be doing)
  • Design end-to-end digital experiences, including user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Create intuitive experiences that balance customer needs, business goals, marketing objectives, accessibility standards, and technical requirements.
  • Define content hierarchy and page structures that improve discoverability, SEO performance, AI search visibility, customer engagement, and conversion.
  • Apply SEO and AI Optimization (AIO) best practices to improve content performance, search visibility, and user experience.
  • Leverage analytics, user behavior data, customer insights, and testing results to identify opportunities and inform design recommendations.
  • Support implementation efforts and work closely with development teams to ensure design quality and consistency.

Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences:
  • Experience in UX Design, Product Design, Experience Design, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX strategy, visual design, information architecture, and digital experience design.
  • Experience designing websites, digital storefronts, marketing experiences, or customer-facing digital products.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, content hierarchy, customer journeys, conversion optimization, SEO, and AI-driven search experiences.
  • Experience using analytics and customer insights to inform design decisions.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar enterprise CMS platforms.
  • Experience working within Agile teams and cross-functional environments.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Plus/Nice to Have Skills/Prior Experiences:
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Experience partnering with digital marketing, acquisition, content strategy, or SEO teams.
  • Experience working within enterprise design systems and component-based frameworks.
  • Experience in financial services, healthcare, insurance, or other complex regulated industries.
