Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure alignment with user needs and business objectives.
Conduct Journey Mapping, Ethnography, Usability Research, and Testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Utilize Prototyping, Wireframing, and Visual QA techniques to translate concepts into high-fidelity designs.
Leverage SAFe Agile methodology to contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and writing user stories.
Utilize requirements tracking tools like Jira and Confluence to manage project tasks and ensure timely delivery.
Utilize design tools such as Figma to create and iterate on designs, maintaining consistency and quality throughout the process.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design processes and methodologies.
