Job Summary:
This role will lead user research efforts for a foundational AI model within the AEC industry. You will evaluate AI model performance against real-world user experiences and establish robust measurement systems to track its effectiveness. Your insights will be crucial in guiding product direction and ensuring successful integration for diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute qualitative and quantitative user studies.
Evaluate AI model outputs and behaviors against user experience goals.
Develop and refine measurement protocols for product features.
Communicate research findings to various cross-functional teams.
Facilitate workshops to translate customer insights into product strategy.

Must-Have Skills:

Experience studying AI tools or helping develop AI Models.
Demonstrated history of evaluating live products and building systems.
Experience with complex industries like AEC.

Industry Experience:

Previous experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) domain, or with related software, is highly preferred.
