Job Description:

We are seeking a UX professional who identifies as a design-obsessed artist. You are a self-motivated, out-of-the-box thinker who drives product experience through research discovery and solution framing to deliver industry-leading business solutions. Your mission is to showcase the "art of the possible" in our product POCs and the state-of-the-art innovation center, utilizing a user-centered design process built on empathy to push products beyond the expected. You will thrive in a high-impact R&D pod, maintaining a "can-do" attitude while juggling a multitude of projects in a fast-paced environment.

Research vs. Intuition

You believe design is a blend of artistry and data-driven intuition. You are responsible for planning and implementing user research strategies using qualitative and quantitative methodologies-including interviews and usability tests-to inform your vision. However, you are not bound by rules; you use research to challenge norms and create experiences that feel like magic. You possess a portfolio that demonstrates a command of both extensive data visualization and visionary concepts that feel revolutionary.

Presentation & High-Level Exposure

You are a masterful storyteller. Your captivating visual experiences will be directly showcased in our physical Discovery Center in the Dallas office-a premier destination where we host top executives, CEOs, and industry leaders. You must be able to articulate

your design vision with passion and clarity to developers, stakeholders, and executives alike, effectively influencing the highest levels of our business.

Team Dynamic and Leadership

As the core design voice in the pod, you will operate as a solo designer collaborating closely with your product manager and engineers. You are a passionate advocate for the customer experience, championing your vision and setting a high bar for excellence within your team. You will partner with product and engineering leaders to design experiences that captivate users while driving revenue and long-term retention.

Tech Tools & AI Readiness

You will wield your toolset creatively.

• Core Design: Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Miro; competent command of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  
• AI Integration: You are AI-Ready, eager to leverage the world's most advanced AI and visualization tools to turn prototypes into backlogs and code in minutes.
  
• Engineering Sense: You have a strong appreciation for web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS), ensuring your revolutionary interactions are both beautiful and buildable.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Craftsmanship: Create breathtaking process flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, illustrations, and animations.
  
• Next-Gen Engineering: Build and maintain a portfolio of prototypes, POCs, and MVPs, integrating Generative AI into real-world production solutions.
  
• Strategic Innovation: Power the enterprise funnel to identify "superstar" products that redefine the industry.
  

Job Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience as a UI designer, interaction designer, or similar role.
  
• Education: BA/BS in graphic design, psychology, HCI, or a related field.
  
• Portfolio: A strong online portfolio demonstrating past work, extensive data visualization, and user-centered design solutions is required.
