Job Summary:

Seeking a Senior Validation Engineer to support CQV/validation activities for a new automated packaging line at the Sacramento site.

Key Responsibilities

• Support CQV/Validation activities for automated packaging and manufacturing equipment.
• Execute and review IQ/OQ/PQ/PPQ validation documentation and activities.
• Develop and execute PQ and PPQ protocols.
• Support validation activities following FAT/SAT completion.
• Work with Allen-Bradley control systems and automated equipment.
• Prepare and review risk assessments and DFMEAs.
• Perform hands-on validation execution, documentation review, and issue resolution.
• Support shipping/transportation studies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and project teams.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong CQV / Validation Engineering experience.
• Experience with automated packaging lines or automated manufacturing equipment.
• Hands-on IQ/OQ/PQ/PPQ experience.
• Validation documentation writing and review.
• Risk Assessment & DFMEA experience.
• Allen-Bradley experience.
• FAT/SAT experience.
• Shipping/Transportation Studies experience.
• Strong hands-on execution and documentation skills.
