Senior VDC Engineer

We are looking for a Senior VDC Engineer whose primary role is to support and assist with Building Information Modeling (BIM) coordination throughout all phases of a project in Roseville, Bay Area or San Diego.Job Responsibilities:Assisting in BIM coordination from pursuit through approval phasesSupporting project pursuits and helping communicate technical processes to owners when requiredCollaborating with architects and design teams (internal and external) in selecting consultants with strong BIM capabilitiesHelping ensure BIM models are properly structured for coordination, estimating, manufacturing, and field deploymentCoordinating with Preconstruction, Project Executives, Superintendents, VDC Engineers, and ModelersRunning clash detections in Revizto and coordinating model updates with design and construction teamsReviewing and helping manage design deliverables from external teams to ensure they reflect input from logistics, framing, utilities, and other disciplinesSupporting the design process from kickoff through coordination submittalsContributing to knowledge sharing and maintaining strong working relationships with design firmsJob Requirements, Qualifications, Characteristics:3–5 years of experience in architecture, engineering, or VDC coordination, preferably on design-build or lease-leaseback projectsProficiency in Revit and digital coordination tools such as Revizto and BIM360/ACCStrong understanding of DSA project requirements, approval cycles, and documentation standardsExperience working in the education, healthcare, or civic markets is preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
