Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Drive scalable and compliant PromoMats architecture solutions.
• Improve MLR efficiency and content lifecycle management.
• Reduce operational and compliance risks.
• Lead successful global implementations and integrations.
• Establish technical best practices and governance standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and technical solutioning for Veeva Vault PromoMats implementations, enhancements, migrations, and support initiatives.
• Design scalable, compliant, and high-performance PromoMats solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Define enterprise architecture standards, integration strategies, governance frameworks, and implementation best practices.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor for PromoMats capabilities including:
• Digital Asset Management (DAM)
• MLR Review Process
• Claims Management
• Content Lifecycle Management
• Modular Content
• Renditions and Distribution
• Architect multi-country and global deployment strategies for promotional content management.

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams
• · Strong client-facing communication.
• · Strong pre-sales, proposal development, or expansion success

Salary Range: $140,000 -$180,000 year
