Up to $150,000 Base Salary + 20% Production Bonus + Leadership/Manager Stipend
A well-established, full-service small animal hospital in Austin, Texas is seeking an experienced Senior Veterinarian (DVM) to join and help lead a skilled, collaborative veterinary team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident clinician who enjoys mentoring others, maintaining high clinical standards, and contributing to hospital growth, while continuing to practice high-quality medicine in a supportive, team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality medical and surgical care for small animal patients
Work within a full-service general practice that also offers daytime urgent care cases
Mentor and support associate veterinarians and support staff
Collaborate with leadership to maintain and improve clinical standards
Contribute to team development and a positive workplace culture
Help guide the ongoing growth and success of the hospital
About the Practice
Established, busy small animal hospital with a strong local reputation
Modern equipment and well-equipped surgical and diagnostic facilities
Experienced veterinary technicians and strong support team
Collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on quality patient care
Schedule
Full-time position (approximately 40 hours per week)
Four weekdays per week
Occasional rotational weekend coverage
Hospital hours: MondaySaturday, 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary up to $150,000 DOE
20% production bonus

Requirements
DVM or VMD degree
Licensed or eligible for Texas licensure
