Up to $150,000 Base Salary + 20% Production Bonus + Leadership/Manager Stipend

A well-established, full-service small animal hospital in Austin, Texas is seeking an experienced Senior Veterinarian (DVM) to join and help lead a skilled, collaborative veterinary team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident clinician who enjoys mentoring others, maintaining high clinical standards, and contributing to hospital growth, while continuing to practice high-quality medicine in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality medical and surgical care for small animal patients
  • Work within a full-service general practice that also offers daytime urgent care cases
  • Mentor and support associate veterinarians and support staff
  • Collaborate with leadership to maintain and improve clinical standards
  • Contribute to team development and a positive workplace culture
  • Help guide the ongoing growth and success of the hospital

About the Practice

  • Established, busy small animal hospital with a strong local reputation
  • Modern equipment and well-equipped surgical and diagnostic facilities
  • Experienced veterinary technicians and strong support team
  • Collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on quality patient care

Schedule

  • Full-time position (approximately 40 hours per week)
  • Four weekdays per week
  • Occasional rotational weekend coverage
  • Hospital hours: MondaySaturday, 8:00 AM 6:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary up to $150,000 DOE
  • 20% production bonus

Requirements

  • DVM or VMD degree
  • Licensed or eligible for Texas licensure
