We're looking for an experienced Senior Veterinarian to lead a modern veterinary hospital in the Boston area. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinical leader who wants to grow into a Director of Operations role as the organization expands.
You'll work alongside a team of veterinarians and support staff, delivering exceptional care to primarily dogs and cats while helping to build and mentor a high-performing veterinary team.

Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- 5+ years of experience in a veterinary hospital.
- Eligible for a Massachusetts Veterinary License.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
