Senior VP of Finance - Northern New Jersey 

A well-established, multi-generational global manufacturing company is seeking a hands-on Senior Vice President of Finance to lead finance, accounting, HR, and IT operations across an international organization.

Reporting directly to ownership, this executive will oversee all day-to-day financial operations, including treasury, cost accounting, global consolidations, banking relationships, inventory management, forecasting, and strategic financial planning for a high-volume, high-SKU manufacturing environment.

$275K-$350K base + performance bonus

What They’re Looking For:

  • 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
  • Strong manufacturing finance background required
  • Expertise in cost accounting, inventory, treasury, and global consolidations
  • Experience supporting international manufacturing operations
  • Proven ability in managing banking relationships, audits, and external partners
  • Hands-on leadership style with strong operational and strategic acumen
  • CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred

Ideal candidates will come from high-volume, asset-intensive manufacturing environments and have experience driving operational performance, improving margins, and leading large-scale finance functions.
