Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. You’ll manage and mentor a team of operations personnel and develop relationships with key stakeholders, such as regulatory agencies and airport authorities.

Ensure the safety of all flights by establishing and enforcing rigorous safety procedures. This will include regular safety training for flight crew, monitoring weather conditions to avoid unsafe flying conditions, and implementing a comprehensive emergency response plan.

Oversee the SOC to ensure that all flights are scheduled efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively. You’ll coordinate with other departments to schedule aircraft maintenance and optimize flight routes for fuel efficiency.

What you’ll need
