The Voice Systems Trainer will provide classroom training on telephone/voice and data networking systems for various U.S. Government personnel in Arlington, VA, with travel to overseas locations up to 2 weeks annually.
- Minimum five years of experience in voice systems engineering, installation, operations, and maintenance, with strong instructional skills in adult education.
- Knowledge of voice/data systems, telephony, networking terminology, and industry standards; experience with Avaya switches, call systems, and programming.
- Certifications such as CCNA and CTT+ or equivalent required within specified timelines.
- Responsibilities include curriculum development, delivering training, configuring equipment, and providing student assessments, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally, adhere to policies, and work collaboratively with other instructors and technical staff.
