Senior Voice Engineer to support critical national defense infrastructure at Scott Air Force Base or Joint Base Andrews.
What You'll Do:
• Lead implementation & support of Cisco Unified Communications systems
• Provide 2nd & 3rd level technical support across classified and unclassified environments
• Manage VoIP/UC system upgrades, monitoring, and documentation
• Deliver real-time troubleshooting and trend analysis on mission-essential networks
What You'll Need:
• 5+ years as a Cisco Voice Engineer
• CUCM | Cisco Unity | UCCX Scripting | VoIP | Routing & Switching
• CCNP Collaboration + IAT II certification (required)
• Active Top Secret clearance | U.S. Citizenship required
• BA/BS degree
