Senior Vulnerability Analyst - MO

• Title: Senior Vulnerability Analyst
• Location: O'Fallon, Missouri 
  • Hybrid work environment 
• Duration: 12 Months

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience at a senior level
• Experience running vulnerability scans and interpreting results
• Metrics reporting capabilities
• Understanding of internal frameworks and risk prioritization
• Strong communication skills to convey vulnerabilities and processes to affected teams and platform owners
• Ability to work cross-functionally with good problem-solving skills
• Experience with vulnerability management or security operations is beneficial
• Familiarity with common attack frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK; lateral/equivalent frameworks considered acceptable
• Primary scanning tool experience required: Tenable; Qualys also mentioned
• Scripting experience is not required but highly desired

Work Schedule and Overtime:

• No overtime expected
• Role primarily operates in the Central Time zone
• If early or late hours are needed, shifts will be adjusted accordingly rather than requiring overtime

Onboarding and Ramp-Up:

• Onboarding will involve internal documentation and process reading
• New hire will shadow more experienced team members
• No established baseline timeline for ramp-up from previous candidates

Relocation:

• Candidate must be local or willing to relocate at their own expense
• Steve (HM) indicated relocation at candidate's own cost is acceptable if the candidate chooses to pursue it
