Senior Wage & Hour Class Action Attorney

Pay: $190,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year

Location: Sacramento, CA — Hybrid. A fully remote arrangement may be considered for candidates with demonstrated, highly relevant experience.

Note: Candidates must have an active California Bar license and 5+ years of directly relevant wage and hour litigation experience, including significant wage and hour class action and PAGA litigation experience.

Job Description

• Defend employers in complex wage and hour class action and PAGA litigation.
• Take a meaningful role in case strategy, litigation planning, and advanced legal matters.
• Conduct sophisticated legal research and analysis involving wage and hour issues.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other critical litigation documents.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and legal professionals on complex class and PAGA matters.
• Communicate effectively with clients and contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Manage multiple matters, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced litigation environment.
• Help develop practical, creative legal strategies that advance client objectives.

Qualifications

• Active California State Bar admission.
• 5+ years of wage and hour litigation experience.
• Significant experience handling wage and hour class actions and PAGA matters.
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Excellent legal writing, research, analytical, and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management abilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent client service.
