Addeco is hiring for a **Sr Warehouse Material Handler****Location:** Austin, TX**Schedule:** 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM**Pay:** $19/hr**Position Overview:**The Sr Warehouse Material Handler is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including inventory control, material movement, shipping, receiving, and production support. This role requires strong attention to detail, consistent productivity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and accuracy.**Key Responsibilities:**+ Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming materials and shipments+ Pick, pack, and stage materials for production or outbound orders+ Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and system updates+ Move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas+ Support production teams by ensuring timely delivery of parts and supplies+ Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks+ Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including labeling and documentation+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment+ Follow all safety procedures and company policies+ Assist with process improvements and help train new team members as needed**Required Qualifications:**+ 3+ years of warehouse or material handling experience+ Experience with inventory control, shipping, and receiving+ Ability to operate or learn warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack)+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills+ Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment**Preferred Qualifications:**+ Experience in a manufacturing or production-supported warehouse+ Familiarity with inventory systems or RF scanners+ Previous experience training or supporting other team members**Pay Details:** $19.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
