Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to enhance productivity and teamwork.
• Coordinate and manage inventory control processes, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
• Implement and optimize warehouse processes for improved efficiency and accuracy.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.
• Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in developing and managing budgets for warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Utilize warehouse systems (RF Smart, NetSuite) to monitor order fl ow and inventory movement.
