We’re seeking a hands-on Senior Warehouse Manager to lead operations within a fast-paced warehouse in Orangeburg, SC. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced 3PL warehouse professional with strong leadership, WMS, inventory control, and logistics experience who is looking for a long-term career opportunity! Key Requirements:
Hands-on experience with Extensiv WMS (formerly 3PL Central)
Strong knowledge of RFID technology, barcode systems, inventory scanning, and inventory control
Experience managing inbound/outbound logistics, shipping, and receiving operations
Ability to design and improve warehouse racking, slotting, and put-away systems
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, WMS platforms, and reporting tools
Current forklift operator certification with the ability to train and certify new hires
Knowledge of OSHA requirements and warehouse safety best practices
Experience with multi-client 3PL operations and client onboarding preferred
Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous-improvement experience is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered
