A Day in the Life:

In the position of Senior Warehouse Manager, you will oversee all warehouse operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and safe receipt, storage, and distribution of products. Provide strategic leadership, drive performance improvement, develop warehouse personnel, and ensure operational excellence in support of company goals. Responsible for compliance, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross functional alignment with Transportation, Inventory Control, Production, and Customer Operations teams.

The Impact You'll Make:

  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors and frontline associates to meet performance expectations. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, productivity, and teamwork. Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and manage corrective action when necessary.
  • Manage all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping and inventory management to ensure smooth workflow and timely fulfillment. Ensure inventory accuracy through strong cycle count and reconciliation processes.
  • Maintain proper warehouse layout, slotting, and material flow to maximize efficiency. Implement efficient layouts, workflows, and utilization of warehouse space. Analyze data to improve productivity and reduce costs. Drive Lean/5S initiatives, warehouse optimization, and automation efforts where applicable.
  • Develop and implement SOPs, best practices, and standardized workflows. Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, On Time in Full (OTIF), storage capacities, productivity rates, and utilization.
  • Provide input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.
  • Enforce all safety procedures and OSHA standards; champion continuous safety improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Utilized warehouse management systems (WMS) enterprise resource planning (ERP), or other software to track performance and optimize operations.

Who You Are:

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field of study
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in Warehouse Distribution, Beverage industry
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Computer Skills Desired: Proficient in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Outlook. 5s Lean
  • System knowledge and application experience. Lean Manufacturing principles experience preferred.
  • Preferred Certifications: Certification of Food Grade Safety preferred.
  • Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Understanding and knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Grade practices within a warehouse. Experience with Compliance and local regulations. 

Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated annual salary range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

Pay Range

$95,625 - $127,500USD
