The candidate must be a licensed PE with a bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering and have at least fifteen years of experience in process engineering, facility design, project specifications, and application to water and wastewater treatment facilities. The candidate must also be self-motivated, work well with others, and have excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills. A flexible hybrid-remote work schedule is available after 30 days of employment.Typical responsibilities include:Provide project management, technical planning, design and construction support on various stormwater, water and wastewater treatment and collection system projectsBecome the client manager for targeted key clientsActively participate in improving Wade Trims visibility and brandPrepare engineering calculations and supporting analysis of alternativesDevelop and complete applications, permits, engineering reports and specificationsPrepare and review engineer estimatesPrepare design cost estimatesConduct research and development for projectsMonitor task budget and progressPrepare project status and other reportsCommunicate project details with other design engineersConduct project cost reviewsPromote salesPrepare and review scope, budget and schedule for project tasksAssist with proposals, marketing, project reports and technical presentationsConduct on-site inspections as neededAttend and/or conduct client and project meetingsAttend various meetings including pre-design, plan review, pre-construction, professional organization, staff, etc.Attend seminars and/or training classesMaintain excellent client relationsMaintain a safe working environmentEducation:Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering requiredSkills/Experience:15+ years of related experience requiredLicensed Professional Engineer requiredWade Trim is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
