The role integrates subject matter expertise within a defined area, coordinates with broader functions, and evaluates moderately complex issues with significant impact. The advisor must possess strong analytical, communication, and diplomacy skills, and often assumes informal or formal leadership within teams, coaching new recruits and influencing decisions through advice and facilitation.ResponsibilitiesBuild relationships with new clients to bring in bank and brokerage assets.Deepen relationships with existing clients in PWM and Retail banking through financial planning, discovery, and profiling.Respond to referrals and introductions generated by business partners, recommending appropriate offerings based on client profiling and suitability assessments.Make securities recommendations and provide investment advice using firm models and research.Master referral opportunities to grow portfolios.Refer opportunities to segment partners when appropriate (e.g., Senior Wealth Advisor, Small Business Partners, Home Lending Officer).Acquire new clients by converting referral leads.Manage client follow‑up and adhere to all regulatory and compliance operating procedures.Ensure KYC/AML and other compliance norms are strictly followed.Collaborate with all branch team roles to ensure a positive in‑branch client experience.Assess risk when making business decisions, safeguarding the firm's reputation and complying with laws, rules, and regulations, and reporting control issues transparently.Qualifications5–8 years of experience in a proactive, successful sales and service role in financial services.Strong analytical and financial skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Organized with attention to detail.Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and experience with financial planning software preferred.Basic understanding of investment and financial planning strategies preferred.Self‑starter, problem‑solver, goal‑oriented team player able to work independently.Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) – Active Series 7, 66 (or 63 and 65) licenses.Group 1 insurance.Required to register as a mortgage loan originator with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry and maintain that registration annually.EducationBachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.Salary Range: $70,000.00 – $70,000.00Benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage, 401(k), life, accident, and disability insurance, wellness programs, and paid time off (vacation, sick leave, holidays).
