Job Description:
Our client is a growing wealth management firm located in Darien, CT. They are seeking a Senior Wealth Manager to join their team. Manage and grow a book of business under supervision while continuing to develop financial planning expertise.
Purpose
Provide strategic leadership, manage a large book of business, and contribute to firm growth and mentorship at the highest level.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee 100-150 planning relationships and up to 200 clients.
- Bring in new business through referrals and prospecting.
- Serve as a mentor to Wealth Managers, Advisors, and CRMs.
- Influence firm-wide client experience and planning standards.

Experience & Education
- 10+ years of financial advisory experience.
- CFP required; advanced certifications preferred.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree preferred.
Compensation
- Base salary: $200,000 - $300,000; 30% (of net payout) quarterly bonus on new money and new planning fees.
- Discretionary ownership consideration or combination of equity and performance incentives.
- Medical Insurance: 50% employer-paid (< 5 years); 75% employer-paid (5+ years) *employee only
- Dental Insurance: 100% employer-paid
- Vision Insurance: 100% employer-paid
- 401(k) Match: 100% on first 3%, 50% on next 2%
- Life Insurance: $10,000 employer-paid
- Short-Term Disability: 60% of salary up to $500/week
- Long-Term Disability: 50% of salary up to $1,000/month
