Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in front-end and back-end development, modern web technologies, cloud platforms, and software development best practices. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver secure, reliable, and user-friendly web solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications and platforms.
  • Lead the development of scalable front-end and back-end solutions.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces.
  • Develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and technology selection.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
  • Work closely with DevOps teams on deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Ensure applications comply with security, accessibility, and performance standards.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in web application development.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Strong back-end development experience using Node.js, Java, .NET, Python, or PHP.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
  • Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
  • Experience with Git and version control systems.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns and object-oriented programming.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
  • Experience implementing web security best practices (OAuth, JWT, OWASP standards).
  • Knowledge of serverless architectures and event-driven systems.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and performance optimization.
