Senior Web Developer

E-Logic is seeking a Senior Web Developer to lead the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise-level web applications supporting a federal government agency. The Senior Web Developer will provide technical leadership, mentor junior staff, and support enterprise modernization initiatives in a secure DoD environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications and enterprise websites
• Lead responsive web design and interface modernization efforts
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical planning
• Support requirements analysis, testing, deployment, and production support
• Ensure compliance with government security and accessibility standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and project leadership
• Optimize application performance and scalability

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Experience of 5 years in HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript and Ajax and JQuery
• Experience of 4 years in Bootstrap, Responsive Web Design and PL/SQL
• IA certification IAM Level I with CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent IAT Level II baseline certification required prior to onboarding

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting DoD or federal government programs
• Experience leading development teams or technical initiatives
• Familiarity with secure coding practices and Section 508 compliance
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
