General Summary:
As a Senior UX Designer on the Digital Experience Team, you'll shape the end-to-end experience of the website qualcomm.com-one of the most important touchpoints for customers, partners, developers, and investors worldwide.
This role goes beyond a single product or brand. You'll design across the entire website ecosystem, helping define how Qualcomm communicates its full portfolio-from cutting-edge AI and connectivity to automotive and IoT solutions-through clear, compelling, and high-quality digital experiences.

What You'll Own
You'll play a critical role in elevating the quality, clarity, and consistency of the Qualcomm web experience.
Design end-to-end user journeys across qualcomm.com, from discovery through conversion
Create high-fidelity webpage layouts and visual designs that reflect a premium, modern brand
Define and evolve content strategy and information architecture to simplify complex topics
Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes across a variety of web experiences
Ensure visual polish and consistency across pages, modules, and components
Partner with engineering to deliver production-ready designs that align with technical constraints
Contribute to and apply the Qualcomm Design System across experiences
Use data, experimentation, and insights to optimize user experience and performance
Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design best practices
How You'll Work
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, engineering, and research teams
Balance strategic thinking (flows, IA, content) with hands-on design execution
Translate abstract or technical concepts into clear, user-friendly experiences
Iterate quickly and comfortably in a fast-paced, agile environment
Ways to Stand Out
Experience designing large-scale corporate websites or marketing platforms, with a strong sense of visual polish and production quality
Background working with technical, enterprise, or developer audiences, translating complex concepts into clear user experiences
Proven ability to integrate AI into the design process, including:
Using AI tools to accelerate ideation, wireframing, and content generation
Applying AI to UX workflows such as research synthesis, prototyping, and iteration
Exploring or designing with AI-powered experiences (e.g., personalization, recommendations, conversational interfaces, or agents)
Contributions to or stewardship of a design system, ensuring scalability and consistency across a complex site
Ability to seamlessly blend UX, visual design, and content strategy into cohesive, high-impact experiences
Minimum Qualifications:
OR
Associate''s degree and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
Ways to Stand Out
Bachelor's degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
8-12+ years of experience designing digital products or large-scale websites
Strong portfolio demonstrating:
Page layout and visual design craft.
Create visual assets - This is NOT a UX purist role; you have hands-on experience polished assets
User flows and interaction design
Content structuring and storytelling
Proven ability to design complex, information-rich experiences
Experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical constraints
Strong communication skills and ability to present and defend design decisions
Proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks (preferred)

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$111,200.00 - $166,800.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
