THE ROLE

The role will manage the wholesale business specifically for menswear. In this position, you will drive revenue growth and brand visibility across North American wholesale channels by partnering with major department stores, specialty retailers, and digital platforms. You will oversee the full sales lifecycle-from seasonal forecasting and market appointments to order execution, inventory analysis, and product training-ensuring strategic alignment with AllSaints global commercial objectives.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

• Develop, manage, and expand strategic working relationships with major department store buyers, key specialty accounts, and e-commerce partners, maintaining daily communication regarding orders, shipping updates, and growth strategies.
• Work strategically and proactively to achieve and exceed seasonal and annual sales targets.
• Monitor weekly selling and sell through and provide buyers with regular feedback on competitive performance. Be strategic in feedback to ensure performance targets are met.
• Project sales, plan and negotiate order volumes with accounts, and keep contracts and budget worksheets organized.
• Responsible for setting market appointments, selling the collection, providing buyers with strong feedback and direction on collections and trends. Subsequently review and eventually modify orders in line with the company's strategy. Manage orders from beginning to end.
• Develop and maintain assigned store business and customer relations by becoming a brand ambassador for the following partners - Wholesale, Franchise, Licenses, and Digital Concessions.
• Maintain knowledge of sales and market trends with the industry. Provide leadership team with ongoing feedback about competition and collection performance.
• Ownership of training clinics in key markets. Travel to top doors to execute Product and Visual Standards training.
• Develop strong internal relationships with supporting departments such as Planning, IT, Allocations, and liaison between WFLE and People and Culture.
• Research new potential accounts and territories.
• Support ad-hoc requests, special projects, and showroom presentations.

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

• Strong understanding of retail math.
• Extremely strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; follows professional presentation.
• Exercises sound judgment and maintains composure with both internal and external partners.
• Ability to travel as necessary to meet business needs.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant Wholesale experience in contemporary fashion.
• Proficient in Excel; V-Lookup, Pivot Tables.
• A background in a contemporary fashion company, with medium to high volume is preferred.
• Prior experience with wholesales sales to Amazon preferred
• Prior experience working with major department and specialty stores.

This is a full time position available at a range of: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 USD/Yearly

ABOUT THE LOCATION

Our North America region is made up of 71 retail locations across the U.S. and Canada, with our flagship store in New York City. We are primarily based out of our Los Angeles studios, bringing our brand's iconic aesthetic to West Hollywood, CA.
