There are currently two positions available. The primary duties of the position include:
Active Directory management and Microsoft Server security - The Systems Administrator position will help maintain BC's Active Directory and server environment. Security must always be the most important priority when managing Active Directory and Microsoft servers. Following our Best Practices and Change Control are critical job requirements for this position.
Automation - Automation is critical to the team''s future success in managing the growing complexity with an increasing number of servers and applications. We strive to automate as many tasks as possible. Automation, and a DevOPs approach is becoming increasingly important with the growing need to integrate Windows and Unix\Linux servers.
Microsoft Windows Operating System - The Windows group is responsible for the entire life cycle of Microsoft Windows Servers in the data center. This includes building new servers, maintaining/patching and retiring the servers when they are no longer needed. Linux experience is desirable as the Systems Administrator position will work with servers in the data center, help with both Linux and Windows server automated deployments and various scripting needs.
This is an onsite position (some remote flexibility at the discretion of management).
