What You’ll Do


  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions
  • Organize and gather materials, tools, and components for efficient workflow
  • Route, wire, and assemble harnesses using wire layout boards and assembly fixtures
  • Perform a variety of detailed hand‑assembly operations following precise instructions
  • Operate semi‑automatic tools such as crimping presses, wire strippers, and wire twisters
  • Conduct continuity, functional, and quality tests using test fixtures
  • Solder wires to switches, connectors, and other components
  • Inspect assemblies for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized workspace
What We’re Looking For


  • 2–4 years of experience in electrical assembly, harness building, or related production work
  • Minimum 1 year of wiring harness assembly experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent hand dexterity
  • Ability to read and understand schematics, instructions, and technical documents
  • Detail‑oriented, motivated, and committed to producing quality work
  • Strong communication skills and a reliable, positive attitude
  • Basic math proficiency
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
Physical & Visual Requirements


  • Primarily requires standing and seated work with occasional kneeling, or squatting
  • Good eyesight and ability to clearly distinguish colors
  • Repetitive hand and arm motions required
