Duration: 2 months contract

Job Description:

• We are seeking a Senior Workday Analyst to support Workday configuration, enhancements, troubleshooting, reporting, and continuous improvement across a global HR technology environment.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and support Workday HCM and related functional modules, including Business Processes, approvals, notifications, alerts, and security.
• Support Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, Recruiting, and Talent processes.
• Perform EIB/data loads, reporting, data validation, testing, and production troubleshooting.
• Support contingent worker lifecycle processes and VMS-related requirements.
• Contribute to Advanced Compensation, skills/competencies, recruiting, and process optimization initiatives.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, document solutions, and support UAT and release activities.
• Partner with business stakeholders to clarify requirements, recommend solutions, and manage competing priorities.

Experience:

• 8+ years of HRIS/HR technology experience, including 4+ years of hands-on Workday configuration.
• Strong Workday HCM experience with expertise across 3+ modules.
• Hands-on experience with Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Business Processes, and Reporting.
• Experience with Workday configuration, troubleshooting, EIBs, and production support.
• Experience working in a large, global/international enterprise, preferably within the technology sector.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and challenge unclear requirements constructively.

Skillsets:

• Workday certification / Workday Pro.
• Experience with Contingent Workforce, VMS/Beeline, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, and India-specific Workday requirements.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
