Academic Req: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Position Summary:
The Senior Workday Developer is responsible for supporting the design, development, integration, configuration, and optimization of the organization’s enterprise Workday platform. This role plays a critical part in ensuring stability, scalability, and continuous improvement of Workday solutions that support HR, Finance, and business operations.
The Senior Workday Developer will serve as a technical expert responsible for delivering advanced Workday solutions including integration, reporting, analytics, custom applications, and module configuration. This position requires extensive hands-on experience across multiple Workday modules and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues within the Workday ecosystem.The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of Workday technical experience, strong development expertise, and proven experience working in enterprise Workday environments. This role requires deep knowledge of HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll, Prism Analytics, Workday Extend, reporting, and integrations, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and scalable solutions.
Candidates with technical leadership or mentoring experience will be highly valued

Support the configuration and maintenance of the Workday Security Framework, including: Security groups, Domains, and Role-based access controls.Workday Release Management
