Overview

The Workday Financials Administrator will serve as a business-facing functional partner to Finance, HR, and IT. This role will provide day-to-day administration, configuration, troubleshooting, reporting support, and security management across Workday Financials. The individual will support core financial processes—including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Accounting, and Accounting Center—while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and ensuring the system operates effectively. This position is onsite 4 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain Workday Financials modules (P2P, O2C, Accounting, Expenses, Suppliers, Customers).
• Provide break/fix support, resolve tickets, and manage enhancement requests.
• Partner with Finance, HR, and IT on requirements, testing, issue resolution, and system improvements.
• Support integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors; collaborate with IT for Studio or complex builds).
• Maintain security roles, domain policies, access provisioning, and support audit/control needs.
• Build and maintain custom reports, dashboards, financial statements, and data sources.
• Support month-end and year-end processing cycles and ongoing operational activities.
• Document processes, configuration, and procedures for ongoing system support.
