Job Description:
The Senior Workday HRIS Analyst provides functional, configuration, and technical support for key HR systems. This role partners closely with HR, IT, and vendor teams to support, coordinate, and execute HR systems initiatives, while also managing ongoing run-and-maintain activities such as troubleshooting, system corrections, enhancements, reporting, and process optimization.

Responsibilities
Workday Implementation:
Provide full-time support for Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation activities, including requirements validation, configuration support, testing, deployment readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.
Partner with workstream leads, IT, HR stakeholders, and third-party vendors to analyze requirements, research solutions, configure and test business processes, and troubleshoot issues as a technical point of contact.
Support Workday Recruiting implementation activities, including recruiting business process design, candidate workflow configuration, job requisition and offer process support, testing, reporting, and adoption readiness.
Conduct product demonstrations and end-user training as needed.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including how-to guides, process documents, test scripts, and training materials that support system initiatives.
Support data extraction, data uploads, tenant builds, validation activities, and issue resolution.
Support HR system integrations and partner with technical teams to troubleshoot integration-related issues.
Assist with end-to-end, regression, and user acceptance testing.
Participate as a member of the project team, attending project management meetings, and contributing to project planning, status updates, risk identification, and issue resolution as needed.
Post Workday Implementation:
Serve as a Workday subject matter expert, overseeing system configuration, maintenance, enhancements, and optimization to ensure effective functionality and user experience.
Monitor system performance and process effectiveness, evaluate enhancement requests, and develop recommendations to resolve HR systems issues and improve business processes.
Lead data integrity efforts by developing data standards, performing audits, and supporting compliance with data privacy requirements.
Support Workday releases by researching new functionality, assessing impacts, coordinating testing, implementing approved changes, and supporting change management plans.
Create and manage HR reports, dashboards, and metrics that provide insight into workforce trends and support data-driven decision-making.
Assist employees, HR partners, and vendors by answering questions related to HRIS processes, procedures, and services.
Execute system audits to support validation, compliance, and ongoing data quality.
Assist with maintaining system security, business process security, and reporting access.
Provide guidance to business partners on system capabilities, configuration options, and process improvement opportunities.

Base Salary Range - $125,000 - $145,000
