The Senior Workday Payroll & HRIS Analyst is a full-time onsite role in San Jose, CA, requiring U.S. work authorization.
They serve as a functional expert and strategic partner across Payroll, HR, Accounting, and IT, owning the configuration, optimization, and support of Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules.
Key responsibilities include leading discovery sessions, translating business needs into system configurations, managing system releases, supporting compliance, and driving process improvements.
