The opportunityWe are looking for a Senior Workday AI and Reporting Analyst to help transform how HR teams operate through AI, automation, and scalable technology solutions. In this role, you will define and drive the AI enablement strategy for Workday HCM, partnering closely with HR and cross‑functional stakeholders to identify opportunities that reduce manual effort, improve data accuracy, and enhance employee support. You will play a key role in modernizing Unity's HR operations by combining deep Workday expertise with emerging AI capabilities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions, and leveraging tools like Discovery Boards and Prism Analytics to deliver data‑driven insights and scalable solutions. You will also stay ahead of evolving enterprise AI trends and help translate emerging capabilities into meaningful business impact.What you'll be doingDefine and execute the AI enablement strategy for Workday HCMPartner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and architect high‑impact AI and automation use cases across Workday that streamline processes, improve employee experiences, and eliminate repetitive manual workSupport and optimize HR business processes through thoughtful system configuration, automation, and continuous improvementEvaluate emerging AI technologies and translate new capabilities into actionable business opportunities (e.g., Claude Cowork, Moveworks, Frontier AI)Drive operational efficiency through automation, intelligent workflows, and data‑driven decision‑making using Workday reporting and analytics tools including Discovery Boards and Prism AnalyticsBuild and maintain scalable reporting and analytics solutions using Custom Reports, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Prism Analytics to support strategic HR decision‑makingProvide guidance and technical expertise on Workday capabilities, reporting, analytics, and solution architectureWhat we're looking for5+ years of experience in HR Technology, with deep expertise in hands‑on Workday configuration and solution architectureStrong understanding of Workday HCM functionality and HR business processesFamiliarity with AI concepts and experience supporting or enabling AI initiatives within Workday or enterprise HR systemsExperience with Workday reporting and analytics tools including Custom Reports, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Prism AnalyticsStrong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering across HR and technical teamsAnalytical mindset with a passion for innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvementYou might also haveExperience with enterprise automation tools and AI‑enabled workflow solutionsKnowledge of Workday Extend, integrations or orchestration capabilitiesExperience supporting digital transformation or HR modernization initiativesFamiliarity with change management and adoption strategies for new technologiesAdditional informationRelocation support is not available for this positionWork visa/immigration sponsorship is not available for this positionBenefitsAt Unity, we want our team members to thrive.
