Summary:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Technology Business Services Consulting and contribute to large-scale planning related to Technology Business Services Consulting deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Technology Business Services Consulting challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Technology Business Services Consulting deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Technology Business Services Consulting. Required Qualifications: Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large, complex workforce datasets to identify trends, risks, and actionable insights
  • Develop and maintain workforce dashboards, trackers, and operational reports
  • Translate complex data into clear, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations
  • Communicate insights clearly and confidently to senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Design and implement Power Automate workflows to streamline reporting and processes
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reconciliation across sources
  • Partner with Finance, HR, Technology, and Business teams on workforce planning needs

Key Requirements:

  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

  • Strong experience in workforce management, analytics, or business execution

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas)

  • Expert-level PowerPoint skills with executive storytelling capability

  • Advanced Power Automate experience building end-to-end workflows

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data clearly

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
