Career Land Center is hiring on behalf of a healthcare organization in Houston, TX for a Senior Workforce Analytics Analyst to join its analytics function.

The RoleThis is a senior-level, individual contributor role responsible for analyzing workforce data and translating findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across the organization, including regular engagement with executive and C-suite leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to senior and executive leadership
• Strong, structured analytical thinking
• Ability to translate complex data into meaningful, actionable information
• Must be able to service the greater Houston, TX area; up to 20% travel required
