Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Senior WorkForce Software Configuration Engineer for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI (Hybrid). The ideal candidate with expertise configuring and deploying enterprise workforce management solutions to support timekeeping, scheduling, absence management, and workforce operations.

Rate Range: $60/hour to $70/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Senior WorkForce Software Configuration Engineer Job Responsibilities include:

• Design, configure, and maintain WorkForce Software (WFS) solutions to support Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Management, Case Tracking, Reporting, and Integrations.

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable system configurations.

• Troubleshoot configuration issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure system stability, accuracy, and data integrity across workforce management processes.

• Support testing, validation, and deployment activities for configuration changes and enhancements across multiple implementation waves.

• Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian labor, timekeeping, scheduling, and leave management regulations within the WorkForce Software platform.

• Provide post-deployment support, maintain configuration documentation, and serve as a subject matter expert for WorkForce Software functionality and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5+ years of hands-on WorkForce Software (WFS) configuration experience supporting enterprise workforce management solutions.

• Current WorkForce Software certification with expertise in Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Management, Reporting, and Integrations.

• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise Workforce Software implementations, including collaboration with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT stakeholders in complex environments.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $70.00 per hour
