Job Summary:
This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing a company's Wrike platform to ensure efficient project management and collaboration. You will drive best practices, manage user access, and facilitate user adoption through training and support. Additionally, you will explore and implement new platform features and integrations to enhance operational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Govern Wrike platform settings and configurations.
- Manage user licenses and permissions.
- Onboard and train new users on Wrike functionality.
- Analyze and improve team workflows within Wrike.
- Implement and support new Wrike features and integrations.
Must-Have Skills:- Proven experience administering Wrike or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of project management best practices.
- Excellent user support and training skills.
Industry Experience:
Experience in a digital payments or financial services industry is preferred.
