Boston University''s award-winning editorial team is looking for an experienced journalist with strong reportorial and storytelling skills. The Senior Writer is responsible for writing features and profiles for BU Today, Bostonia magazine, The Brink (BUs research website), and other University publications and distribution channels. That person will be responsible for writing engaging and relevant content for Boston University web and print communications and news stories on deadline, with emphasis on creative thinking, curiosity, and stylish delivery. The writer is able to recount the perspectives and experiences of all elements of a diverse university community from deans and department chairs to professors and research fellows to undergraduate and graduate students.

Required Skills

B.S. or B.A. and 5-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
