Senior Z/OS Technical SpecialistOnly qualified Senior z/OS Technical Specialist – Endevor, DB2 & CICS Administration candidates located in the Raleigh, NC area will be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence. Required Skills: Knowledge of Z/OS operating system and its interrelationships and functionality (7 Years) Experience providing configuration management/release management support and guidance for Endevor software (7 Years) Knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language) programming language and techniques (7 Years) Knowledge of tools and utilities to support DB2 (7 Years) Ability to evaluate complex SQL queries (7 Years) Job Responsibilities: Thorough knowledge of Z/OS operating system and its interrelationships and functionality The ability to provide configuration management /release management support and guidance for Endevor software Thorough knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language) programming language and techniques Thorough knowledge of tools and utilities to support DB2 The ability to evaluate complex SQL queries and recommend suggestions for better software performance and cost savings The ability to provide CICS administration, problem-solving and debugging support interfacing with application developers as well as DIT personnelOnly those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.
