    Description

    Seniors & Students Coordinator

    The Hamilton School District is seeking a creative, friendly, detail-oriented, compassionate individual for this 11-month position. 10-15 hours per week August-June.

    Position Goal:

    • Volunteer recruitment including community presentations to highlight the program

    • Manage volunteer scheduling

    • Manage volunteer database

    • Build and cultivate relationships with senior citizen volunteers

    • Contribute to volunteer newsletter

    • Work with Public Information Office to recognize volunteers through special events and

    appreciation gifts

    • Attend Senior Cafes at Elementary Schools every other week
